Vacation Pay

One Year of Service = One Paid Week Three Years of Service = Two Paid Weeks Seven Years of Service = Three Paid Weeks Fifteen Years of Service = Four Paid Weeks Twenty Years of Service = Five Paid Weeks

Hours of Work

Our construction crews generally work eight days on and six days off, while our maintenance personnel typically work five days per week, 8 hours a day plus on-call hours.

Other Details

Supervisors and maintainers are provided with company vehicles they can take home.
The company pays lodging fees for employees traveling outside of town.
Each employee has access to training for advancement.
Occasional NSC-sponsored events are provided for employees and their families.
