Vacation Pay

One Year of Service = One Paid Week Three Years of Service = Two Paid Weeks Seven Years of Service = Three Paid Weeks Fifteen Years of Service = Four Paid Weeks Twenty Years of Service = Five Paid Weeks

Hours of Work

Our construction crews generally work eight days on and six days off, while our maintenance personnel typically work five days per week, 8 hours a day plus on-call hours.

  • Supervisors and maintainers are provided with company vehicles they can take home.
  • The company pays lodging fees for employees traveling outside of town.
  • Each employee has access to training for advancement.
  • Occasional NSC-sponsored events are provided for employees and their families.
